Learn the basics of flow yoga for a stronger, safer, and more sustainable practice.

In each series we’ll be building on the previous sessions creating a stronger more grounded practice than before. This series is perfect for brand new students to build confidence to jump into flow classes as well as for existing practitioners looking to refine some of the illusive basics that get passed by in regular practice. You can never go wrong in refining the basics for strength, safety and longevity in your yoga practice. 

Session 1: February 12, 5:30-6:30pm

Fundamentals of transitions including downdog, chaturanaga, updog, getting forward and back to the top of the mat and the fluidity of vinyasa.

Session 2: February 19, 5:30-6:30pm

Internal rotators and twists. Including crescent lunge, warrior 1 & 3, and twists where the hips remain square and neutral.

Session 3: February 26, 5:30-6:30pm

External rotators and balance poses, including warrior 2, triangle, half moon, tree pose and extended side angle. 

$25 for single session

$60 for full series of three sessions
