Classes

OUR YOGA CLASSES


POWER FLOW

Power yoga focuses on building strength and endurance. Moving in sync with breath, flowing from one pose to the next, and creating fluid movements and enhancing flexibility. Our instructors create well thought out lesson plans which build on one pose to the next. This class is heated, 95-101 degrees, which increases your heart rate for a more intense practice. Modifications are taught and welcomed in class.

SCULPT

Sculpt is a well rounded, total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights, cardio and plyometrics. This class is heated, 92-98 degrees. Sculpt is a strength building class which is a great compliment to our Power Flow class.

FLEX AND FLOW

A combination of our Sculpt and Power Flow classes! First half of class includes weights, plyometrics, and cardio sets; and last half of class is our Power Flow, moving in sync with breath. Gentle heat during the first half, and increasing temperature for the last half of class so you stay warm and can increase flexibility. Super fun and challenging!

BURN 45

Burn 45 is a 45 minute class focusing on burning out large muscle groups with weights, bands, small pilate balls, and blocks. We focus more on stationary mat work without the cardio, and a lot of core. This is a great class by itself, or before our Power Flow class if you feel extra energized! Class is heated 92-95 degrees.

DEEP STRETCH

This class focuses predominately on stretching and releasing tight muscles and tendons. Deep stretch takes the strain off of the skeletal system, moving slowly, emphasizing mindfulness, and increasing body awareness. Class is a comfortable temperature.
